Recoveries and capital

Two problems. One balance sheet.

There are only two ways to improve the cash position of a business without selling something: collect what you are already owed, and raise what you still need.

Recoveries

Money owed is not money lost.

We recover arrears at volume. That means validating the book before anyone is contacted, tracing debtors who have moved, and running voice and digital engagement ahead of legal process. Where litigation is the right answer we work inside a panel of regulated attorney firms rather than in place of them.

Recoveries
Two people signing an agreement across a table

Capital

The other side of the same question.

We structure and arrange corporate debt. We establish what a business can carry, build the case a funder needs to see, approach the market and manage the facility through drawdown and covenant. The work is the same discipline applied in the opposite direction.

Capital

Cash collected, and cash raised.

How we work

Four stages, in order, on both mandates. The first two are where the work is decided, which is why the last two move quickly.

How we work

Assess
Establish what is actually there. The book, the ledger, the data quality, the balance sheet.
Structure
Decide the approach, the segmentation and the terms before any contact is made.
Run
Execute at volume, under a service level that is agreed in writing.
Reconcile
Report against the opening position, to the cent, on a fixed cycle.
