Recoveries
Money owed is not money lost.
An arrears book is an asset that has stopped behaving like one. We find the accounts still worth pursuing, reach those debtors and agree terms they can meet, so the balance comes back as cash rather than legal fees.
Data
Validation and segmentation
We clean the book before anyone is contacted. Duplicates, prescribed debt, deceased estates, insolvencies and accounts already under legal process come out. Every account that stays is segmented by balance, age, last payment and contactability, and each segment gets the treatment that suits it.
Trace
Tracing and contact enrichment
Reaching a debtor is usually the hard part, not persuading them. We trace current numbers, addresses and employment against licensed data sources, and record the source and date of every field, so the provenance of every contact is auditable.
Engage
Digital and voice engagement
Contact runs across the channels a debtor actually uses, at the times they answer. Scripts are approved before use, calls are recorded, and every interaction is written back to the account so the next contact starts where the last one stopped.
Arrange
Negotiated arrangements
An arrangement is worth what it still collects in month twelve. We agree terms against what a debtor can carry, confirm them in writing and monitor them, so a missed instalment surfaces in days rather than at the next quarter end.
Report
Reconciliation and reporting
Receipts are reconciled to the client ledger, not to ours. Reporting states the opening balance, what was collected, what was written off, what is under arrangement and what is still open, on a fixed cycle agreed at the start of the mandate.
Legal
Work inside a legal panel
Where an account needs legal process it goes to a regulated attorney firm on your panel, with the file, the contact history and the reason for referral attached. The litigation is theirs and the reporting stays ours, so nothing is handed over and forgotten.
Recovery work is judged on one thing: how much of the opening book turned into cash, and at what cost. Every mandate is reported that way from the first cycle.
